INGREDIENTS
8 slices of multigrains country bread
90-120 ml of house or trade pesto
1 Burrata
Parmesan to taste
Salt and pepper
Bruschetta:
1 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes (various colors), cut into small dice
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 C. French shallot table, finely chopped
10 Kalamata olives, pitted and roughly chopped
A A few fresh, chiseled basil leaves
A A few oregano, chiseled leaves, to taste
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Grill the bread on the BBQ, the Panini oven and in a fluted cast iron pan.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of Bruschetta. Add salt and pepper to the taste.
Place a little pesto on each sliced toast.
Add a little burrata and finish with bruschetta.
Add Parmesan to taste.
During a gourmet getaway, I spoiled myself with cheese and fresh products. It took me a big 24 hours to have fun with these products. My first dinner, Burrata, Bruschetta and Pesto toast, was such a success with the Familia, which I had no choice but to put the recipe on the site.
